About Kairon AI

What is Kairon AI?

Kairon AI is an AI second opinion for stocks. You enter a ticker, and a team of AI agents analyzes it from several angles: market structure and technicals, quant factors, fundamentals, news and social sentiment. A bull agent and a bear agent then argue the case, and a portfolio-manager agent weighs both sides and gives a verdict (Bullish, Bearish or Neutral) with a confidence level, key price levels and scenarios.

It is a research tool. It does not manage money, does not place trades and does not give personal investment advice.

Who is Kairon for?

Self-directed investors and traders who make their own decisions and want a structured, fast counter-check before they act. It is most useful when it disagrees with you: the bear case for a stock you love, or the bull case for one you are about to short.

Is Kairon AI a broker or an investment advisor?

No. Kairon is neither a broker nor a licensed investment advisor or asset manager. You cannot buy or sell anything on the platform and we never have access to your money or brokerage account. All output is general research information, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

Which markets and assets can I analyze?

Anything with a public quote on Yahoo Finance: US and international stocks, ETFs, major indices and large cryptocurrencies (for example AAPL, SAP.DE, SPY, BTC-USD). You can also search by company name. Very illiquid or newly listed symbols may have too little data for a meaningful analysis.

Who is behind Kairon?

Kairon AI is an independent project based in Vienna, Austria. The full legal details are in the imprint.

Radar and asset page

What is the Kairon radar?

A live view of official filings: open-market buys and sells by corporate insiders (SEC Form 4), stock trades reported by members of the US House, prediction-market odds (Polymarket, Kalshi, read only) and the largest crypto positions on Hyperliquid. Filtered automatically and updated every 15 minutes at kaironai.co/radar.

How are returns after a filing measured?

Always from the first closing price after the filing became public, never from the trade date. That is what you could actually have followed. Past developments are not a reliable indicator of future results.

Why are crypto wallets shortened and never named?

An address is not a person. We only show shortened addresses and describe patterns, never an owner.

What is the asset page?

One page per stock with everything Kairon knows about it: chart with radar markers, the latest AI verdict, setup quality, factor score, radar filings, past Kairon calls and the next steps. Open it from the search at the top or directly, for example kaironai.co/asset?t=NVDA.

How the analysis works

How does the multi-agent analysis work?

Each analysis runs a pipeline of specialised agents. Analysts gather and interpret data in their area (price action, quant factors, financial statements, news, social sentiment). Their reports feed a structured debate between a bull and a bear researcher. A trader agent turns the debate into a concrete setup, risk agents challenge it, and a portfolio-manager agent makes the final call. You can read every step, not just the result. See how it works.

How long does an analysis take?

A compact analysis (free plan) usually takes a few minutes, the full analysis with every analyst and two debate rounds around ten, longer under heavy load. You can close the tab: we can notify you by email or browser notification when the result is ready.

What is the difference between a compact and a full analysis?

You pick a time frame (day, swing, position or investor). The compact analysis on the free plan uses the market and quant analysts plus one context analyst, one debate round and a fast model. The full analysis (plan, single purchase or credit) uses every analyst for that time frame, two debate rounds and, where enough price history exists, chart technicals (Elliott waves, cycles, scenarios) in the verdict.

Where does the data come from?

From public sources: price and volume history, company financials and key statistics, recent news and social sentiment. Kairon does not use private or insider information, and it does not need any data about you or your portfolio.

Why does Kairon often say Neutral?

Because sometimes the honest answer is: not now. When the evidence is mixed, the risk/reward is poor or an event like earnings is imminent, the portfolio-manager agent is designed to pass instead of forcing a direction. A tool that always has a strong opinion is easier to sell but worse to rely on.

What does the confidence level mean?

It reflects how strongly the agents agree and how clean the setup is (alignment of trend, quant score and fundamental picture, quality of the risk/reward). It is not a probability of profit. Low-confidence calls are shown but are excluded from the graded track record.

Accuracy and track record

How accurate is Kairon AI?

Some calls are right and some are wrong, and we publish both. Every call is logged and compared with the real price after its horizon. The track record shows the graded results with their method, sample size and date, including out-of-sample figures, which are the only numbers we consider meaningful. We deliberately do not put a single accuracy percentage in marketing without that context.

How is a call graded?

Each directional call gets an entry at the next available price, a target and a stop, and a maximum holding period. The simulation checks every trading day whether the target or the stop was hit first. If the price moves halfway to the target, the stop moves to the entry (breakeven). Results within ±1.5 % at the end count as flat, neither win nor loss. Details are in the guide how to read a backtest.

What does out-of-sample mean and why does it matter?

In-sample results are measured on the same data the rules were tuned on, so they almost always look better than reality. Out-of-sample results come from data the rules never saw during tuning (walk-forward testing). If you compare AI stock tools, ask for out-of-sample numbers. See backtesting pitfalls.

Do you delete bad calls?

No. Calls stay in the record whether they worked or not. That is the whole point of publishing them.

Pricing and account

Is Kairon AI free?

You can start for free: radar, stock pages and search work without an account, and a free account includes one compact AI analysis every month. Paid plans start at €9 per month and a single analysis costs €3.99; you only pay when you order one in the checkout. See pricing for what costs what.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. You only need an email address or a Google account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions run monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account via the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

How does the referral program work?

Every account has a personal invite link. When friends sign up through it and run their first analysis, you unlock bonus analyses, with bigger rewards at 3, 5 and 10 friends. If a referred friend becomes a paying customer, you both get an extra analysis credit on top. You find your link in the account menu under Invite a friend.

Which languages are supported?

The app and analyses are available in ten languages, including English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi and Arabic.

Is my data safe?

We store only what is needed to run your account: your email, your analyses and your settings. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. We do not sell data and use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics. Details are in the privacy policy.

Can I use Kairon's analyses to make trading decisions?

You can use them as one input among others, the way you would read a research note. The decision and the responsibility stay with you. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future results, and investing can lead to the loss of your entire capital.

Is there an API?

Yes. Pro plans include a REST API for running analyses and reading results programmatically. See the developer page.
