How Kairon worksCommunity Q&A

Search

Search and the asset page

How do I find a stock quickly?

Use the search at the top of every page: click Search, press / or Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac). Type a ticker or a company name, for example NVDA, Apple or SAP, and press Enter. Without typing, the search shows your recently viewed stocks and quick actions such as Best setups today or What insiders are buying.

What is the asset page?

One page per stock, crypto or ETF (example): price chart with radar markers, four tiles (AI verdict, setup quality, factor score, radar), the next steps and every Kairon call and official filing for that stock. The numbered chips below the price jump straight to each part.

What do the four tiles mean?

Each tile has a ? button that explains it in one sentence. In short: the AI verdict gauge points right for long, left for short and to the middle for neutral, further out means more confident. Setup quality rates the chart for an entry from 0 to 100 (60 solid, 75 strong). The factor score combines 20 factors into one number from −100 to +100. The radar strip shows every official filing of the past 90 days, today on the right.

What costs an analysis and what is free?

Only the AI analysis (the debate of the agents) uses one analysis from your balance. Chart, radar, market scan values and setup quality don't use any. The top 3 of each market-scan universe are part of the paid plans.

What are the next steps on the asset page?

Four steps in the order most people need them: get a second opinion (AI analysis), check your entry in the Trade Check, test a rule in the Strategy Lab and keep watching via the watchlist. Done steps turn green, the next one is highlighted.

Balance

What does the bar next to my profile show?

How many AI analyses you can run right now: what is left this month plus your bonus from purchases, invites and the free trial analysis. On a phone it sits next to the menu button. Click it for the details, a top-up and your invite link.

Why did the bar grow?

Something was added: a purchase, a friend who signed up with your link and ran a first analysis, or a new month. You also see a short note with the number that was added. Bonus analyses never expire.

Getting started

Your first analysis

How do I run my first analysis?

Open Analysis, type a ticker or company name, pick a time frame and press Analyze. You will be asked to create a free account (email or Google) the first time. The free plan includes one compact analysis every month.

Which time frame should I choose?

Pick the one that matches how long you plan to hold: Day (hours), Swing (days to a few weeks), Position (weeks to months) or Investor (months to years). After you enter a ticker, Kairon suggests a time frame based on its price history.

Can I close the tab while it runs?

Yes. You get an email and, if your browser allows it, a notification as soon as the result is ready. You can also reopen it later from your history.

The ticker is not found. What now?

Use the Yahoo Finance symbol, including the exchange suffix for non-US stocks (SAP.DE, VOW3.DE, ASML.AS, 7203.T). The search also accepts company names.

Results

Reading a result

What should I read first?

The verdict and confidence, then the bear case if the verdict is bullish (or the bull case if it is bearish). The strongest counter-argument is usually the most useful part.

What are the key levels?

Support and resistance zones the agents consider relevant for the horizon. Use them to compare with your own entry, stop and target, for example in the risk/reward calculator.

Can I export or share an analysis?

Yes. Every result has a share link with a preview card, and paid plans can export a PDF.

Why is the price in the analysis slightly different from my broker?

Analyses use the last available public quote at run time, which can be delayed by a few minutes, and crypto trades around the clock.

Track record

How calls are checked

Where can I see how past calls did?

In the track record: every graded call with entry, exit, result and method. The signal feed shows running calls and how they are moving day by day.

Why is a call marked flat?

If a trade ends within ±1.5 % or exits at breakeven, it is counted as flat, neither win nor loss, so tiny moves do not inflate or deflate the win rate.

Why are some numbers labelled out-of-sample?

Those are measured on data the rules never saw during tuning. They are the numbers we consider honest. More in backtesting pitfalls.

Account

Account and billing

How do I upgrade or cancel?

Go to Pricing to upgrade. To cancel or change payment details, use Manage subscription on the pricing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal.

How many analyses do I have left?

Your remaining quota is shown next to the analyze button and in the account menu. Unused monthly analyses do not roll over; purchased or referral credits do not expire.

How do I invite friends?

Account menu, Invite a friend. You earn bonus analyses when friends run their first analysis, with bigger rewards at 3, 5 and 10 friends.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the address of your account and we will delete it together with your analyses.

Tools

Strategy Lab and more

What is the Strategy Lab?

A backtester for rule-based strategies on stock universes, built from templates without programming. Results are hypothetical simulations on historical data.

What is the Trade Check?

A score from 0 to 100 for a setup you are considering (trend, levels, risk/reward), typed in or read from a chart screenshot, with concrete suggestions. Free and instant.

Which calculators are free?

All of them, without an account: position size, risk/reward, average cost and profit.
